By entering and/or booking an event at MinterZmain Event Center, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in events, activities, or use of the facilities (including but not limited to inflatables, games, and entertainment) is at your own risk. MinterZmain Event Center, its owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property.

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise specified for a supervised event. 

• Photography/Media Release: By attending events, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify staff in writing prior to the event.

• Event Changes: Event details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinterZmain Event Center and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use of the facility or participation in events.
